Fast Tracked Program

Our Fast Tracked Program offers a dynamic learning experience that can be completed in 3-6 months, depending on the stylist's current skill set. The program encompasses a comprehensive curriculum, covering color theory, color formulation, consultations, marketing, highlights, foilayage, balayage, redheads, cutting extensions, and more. Each assistant is paired with a dedicated mentor, and classes are conducted every Monday. Assistants are responsible for finding their own models for class, allowing for practical, hands-on learning. Our program also focuses on building and maintaining a clientele. After graduation, stylists receive a part-time chair, while continuing to assist on other days. As their books start to fill up, they gradually drop their assisting days, typically taking 3-6 months to transition fully behind the chair. Full Assistant Program

Our Full Assistant Program offers a comprehensive curriculum spanning 9-12 months, adaptable to the individual pace of each assistant. This program covers a wide range of topics, including color theory, color formulation, single process color, toners, blow drys, consultations, marketing, highlights, foilayage, balayage, redheads, color corrections, keratins, extensions, and more. Each assistant is paired with a mentor and classes are conducted every Monday, providing a structured learning environment. Our program emphasizes building and maintaining a loyal clientele, with hands-on experience and practical skills. Upon graduation, stylists receive a part-time chair and continue assisting on other days. As their books start to fill up, they gradually drop their assisting days, typically taking 3-6 months to transition fully behind the chair.
